Zouleth is our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Memphis. She is deeply committed to supporting the community and empowering small businesses to grow and thrive. Known for her positive attitude and results-driven mindset, Zouleth brings a proactive approach to problem-solving and is dedicated to delivering effective, customized solutions to help businesses overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
Santiago is a valuable asset to our team, bringing a strong background in accounting and data analytics. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Memphis. Santiago primarily oversees our payroll department, supports bookkeeping and audit processes, and plays a key role during tax season by preparing and filing tax returns.
Yolanda is one of our friendly and welcoming receptionists! You’ll likely hear her cheerful voice when calling our office. With a strong interest in finance and business, she has completed several tax and financial courses over the years, including individual tax preparation, personal finance, and business startup and growth. She has completed an associates in Technical Support Engineering and IT Fundamentals, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology combining her administrative skills with a growing expertise in technology.
Otilia is one of our friendly receptionists and a vital part of our front office team. She’s in the office on Mondays and Fridays, so if you stop by to pick up payroll checks, you’ll likely have the pleasure of meeting her. With many years of administrative experience, she plays an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly; managing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting both clients and staff throughout and beyond the busy tax season.
Marisela is our jack of all trades. She handles bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax filings, and workers' compensation audits with precision and reliability. Throughout the year, she provides vital support to our accountants; both during and outside of tax season, to ensure that all client filings are completed accurately and on time, regardless of how busy the office gets. Marisela holds a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and has completed tax education courses to deepen her knowledge and better serve our clients’ diverse needs.
Xiomara is the longest-standing member of the team and a key pillar of the office. She holds a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Guadalajara and has experience in management and human resources. She currently oversees business administration and bookkeeping, standing out for her attention to detail, commitment, and willingness to help wherever needed, while also bringing warmth and personality to the team.
Daena is the newest addition to our team and plays a key role in managing client accounts and office operations to ensure every client receives exceptional service. She supports client communications, organizes task lists, and follows up on payments, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Daena holds a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) and is currently preparing for the Enrolled Agent examination. Her goal is to assist clients with tax return preparation during tax season and continuously enhance their overall experience with our firm.
